Why model 1911′s are superior to a Glock.
Okay, let’s get down to the basics:
It’s not plastic for one thing !!! You cannot shoot lead bullets through a Glock.
From the technical view point – Model 1911′s are Solid Steel Construction (High Carbon):
Any type of accessory is readily available.
Model 1911′s have a better trigger pull and are safer due to the locking thumb safety and grip safety.
Model 1911′s are easier to customize and disassemble.
SPECIAL FORCES uses 1911′s not glocks.
By the way, John Wayne never carried a Glock in any of his military movies.
